Goal & objective
An inland fish farm and culture infrastructure that creates a new relationship between us and fish. It aims to focus on the typology of the fish market and explore the methodology of market innovation. 

Strategy
To create a sustainable urban food chain that integrates with the existing fish market,  establishing a series of stations based on the life cycle of the salmon. Each station would provide a suitable habitat for the fish and interaction space for humans to learn and understand them.

Impact
Enhance the sustainability of an urban fish market; Use fisheries and aquaculture industry to create a local economic community; Reintroduce the heritage and craftsmanship of the fishmonger.
